There's not much here, but you can get my squid network logging path - it sends the squid logs over a udp socket to the host of your choice. Just apply the patch, and use an entry such as:

cache_access_log udp://hostname:port
cache_store_log udp://hostname:port

squid-2.5.STABLE9-networklogging.patch
